PHOTOS & MEASUREMENTS

A person uses a stylus to mark a floor plan on a tablet. The workspace has paint color samples, fabric swatches, notebooks, and various design materials.

Once we get the go ahead we will need some photographs of the space, along with some key measurements so we can draw up the layout. If preferred, we can offer our on-site survey service and do this for you.

Interior design mood board with paint swatches, sketches of a kitchen, color samples, a water faucet, pens, and design images.

We will draw your space up on CAD and create a 2D plan of the space.

This will be used as a starting point for your layout and the real design can start to evolve from this.

REVIEW YOUR LAYOUT

Here is when you get to see all the ideas come together, we will present you with a ‘Concept Design’ document which will highlight a clear vision of your project and the direction in which it’s heading. This is a critical part of the process, so we pride ourselves on taking time discuss this with the client.

APPROVE YOUR CONCEPT

Once the concept design is signed off we can begin the most exciting part of the process, the 3D modelling. You will be able to experience your design in 3D, we can then start making those important decisions for all the finishes, fixtures, furniture & design details before moving onto the final stage.

SEE YOUR DESIGN IN 3D

A detailed design package will be issued across to you; this will include moodboards, plans, and a detailed shopping list. If you think you may require a face-to-face interaction our on-site service is also available.
